Yes. Biofuture products are biodegradable and certified compostable. Most of our food packaging is certified for industrial composting (EN 13432), while our compostable bin liners and resealable bags are certified for both home and industrial composting. Yes. All Biofuture products are manufactured to recognised compostability standards. Most of our food packaging is certified to the EN 13432 industrial compostability standard, while our compostable bin liners and resealable bags are certified by TÜV Austria for both home and industrial composting. Please refer to individual product pages for the certifications applicable to each product.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Available payment methods will be displayed securely at checkout.
Standard delivery is 1–2 working days and is free on all orders, with no minimum order quantity.
At the moment, we only offer delivery within the UK and do not provide international shipping.
You can track your order by logging into your account and going to “My Orders”. There you’ll be able to view your order status, order details, and download your invoice.
We offer a 30-day returns policy, giving you the right to cancel your order within 30 days of purchase. Returns are free for orders up to 20kg. For larger orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Wholesale orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours. Custom printed or bespoke packaging orders usually have a lead time of 16–18 weeks, depending on requirements.
